Pattern I Noticed:
Gaslighting during team meetings
How It Made Me Feel:
Confused, doubting myself, drained
What I Learned Through Supportive:
It wasn’t me—it was a manipulative tactic
Today I Decoded:
The "we are family" narrative
Healing Step I Took:
Set boundaries on overtime

You’re not alone in this pattern
After using the analyzer tool, it felt like a lightbulb went on. The way my manager phrases things... it's not just "corporate speak," it's intentional. Seeing it laid out so clearly has been both validating and unsettling. Has anyone else felt this way?
My old job constantly used the "we are a family" line, usually right before asking us to work unpaid overtime or accept a sub-par annual raise. It made it so hard to set boundaries. It feels good to be in a place where I can finally talk about how manipulative that was.
I've been at my job for 5 years, and the narrative has always been about loyalty and "paying your dues." Now that I'm considering a new opportunity, I feel an overwhelming sense of guilt, like I'm betraying them. This app is helping me realize that this guilt might be a product of the environment they created.
